Abstention → Against: Nicaragua

Hmm, I understand Africa, no hope for money; but wtf with Honduras and Thailand, I wonder.

Perhaps, a "global south" thing. But I'm surprised not much changed since the last vote. Also Chinese influence – before the vote they said they see it as an escalatory move that won't help the situation, what in principle may make sense for many countries.
